Effective October 2, 2026. By using SkyPilot Prep, you agree to these terms.
Educational purpose
SkyPilot Prep provides independent educational material for Part 107 study. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Federal Aviation Administration, and it is not an official FAA test, training provider, certificate, waiver, airspace authorization, or source of legal or flight advice.
Course access
Paid access is for the individual purchaser and is non-transferable. Do not share account credentials, course material, or access with another person. Course completion does not guarantee a passing FAA knowledge-test score, a certificate, operating privilege, regulatory compliance, or permission to fly.
Current information
FAA rules, test standards, guidance, charts, airspace information, and operational conditions can change. SkyPilot Prep does not guarantee that course material will remain current. You are responsible for confirming current requirements through the FAA before testing or flying.
Purchases and refunds
Prices are shown at checkout. Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy. Contact us if you have a purchase or access question.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the site, interfere with its security, attempt unauthorized access, or copy, distribute, resell, or publicly post course material without permission.
