Refund Policy
Effective October 2, 2026. This policy applies to SkyPilot Prep course purchases.
Request window
You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase when you have completed or accessed less than 20% of the purchased course. This threshold is based on the course's lesson-access and completion records.
How to request a refund
Use our Contact page and include the email used for the purchase, the course name, and the reason for your request. We review requests manually; submitting a request does not mean a refund has been issued.
After a refund
If a refund is approved, access to the refunded course may be revoked. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
